CUSTOM CAP ORDER INFO

 

Custom Cap order pricing is as follows:

• Our individual Cap retail prices are $32.95 ea. plus tax and shipping if applicable.

• Bulk orders start at 6 Caps or more.

• 6-11 Caps are $23.95 ea. plus tax & shipping if applicable.

• 12-23 Caps are $22.95 ea. plus tax & shipping if applicable.

• 24-47 Caps are $21.95 ea. plus tax & shipping if applicable.

• 48-95 Caps are $20.95 ea. plus tax & shipping if applicable.

• 96 + Caps are $19.95 ea. plus tax & shipping if applicable.

 

These prices are applicable to the Richardson 112 or 115 caps ONLY. Other Styles may vary slightly in price.  Example a Richardson 112PM (Printed Mesh) may be $1.23 higher in cost than a normal Richardson 112. We will provide you with the exact pricing information on all other styles of caps which differ from the Richardson 112 or 115.

 

All Caps include genuine leather patches placed on the front of the caps either centered or to the left of center with your Custom Logo or Brand laser engraved. The patches are secured to the Cap using a High Strength Heat Activated Adhesive. All our Caps include a small 1"x1" patch with the Boot House Brand placed on the left rear side of the cap near the adjustment band. 

There is no charge for artwork setup when we are provided a vector file format of the logo or brand you have in mind.  For artwork which you provide, and we will need to create a vector file there is a One Time fee of $45.00 plus tax for the logo or brand. We also offer the service of designing logos or brands, if you do not currently have one, and would be happy to provide a quote for these as well. The cost for designing a new logo or brand starts at $95.00. We will provide for you a contract with the exact pricing and scope of work to be performed if additional costs are involved.

 

ODERING PROCESS - Once we receive confirmation on the style and color of the caps, the shape of the patch you would like as well as the vector file of the brand or logo, we will proceed to create a mockup of the patch for your approval.  Upon your approval we would invoice you for the total cap order.  Upon payment we will order the Caps, if we do not currently have them in stock already, proceed with applying the patches, and then ship them out.  Our normal turnaround time is typically 10-14 business days which is based on the availability and delivery of the Caps from the supplier.

All Our Caps include Genuine Leather Patches. (Not the Plastic Leather known as Leatherette). Please Understand. Leather is an organic material which may very well contain minor blemishes or marks inherent to leather such as bite marks and scars. These marks simply add to the organic feel and character of the leather and are not considered to be defective as to the use or wear of the leather. Rest assured we hand pick each hide and use very high-quality leather to minimize these natural flaws.
